I'm a 30 year-old professional currently situated in Isabela, Philippines but was born in Quezon City. I have a 9-year experience from the BPO industry and worked with the biggest social media company & the company that globalized and normalized ride-hailing and I've been a consistent top performer for almost the entirety of my BPO career. I'm a detail oriented, efficient and has a strong real-time adaptability due to the nature of my previous work. I also have solid work ethics, reliability and has the utmost priority to work accuracy. I thrive in fast‑paced environments where precision, time management, and clear communication are essential. I take pride in managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining solid work results.

• In the last 4 years was as a Financial Fraud Analyst for the biggest social media company.
• I was part of the first outshore personnel that they had.
• I was identified to become a Subject Matter Expert during training which I grabbed.
• So apart from regular day-to-day work, I also handled some administrative tasks such as compiling current trends in our line of work and suggesting temporary measurements for it.
• I also assisted in training newcomers coming to our team.
• In 2025, I won the employee of the year for our LOB for 2024 and on the 3rd quarter of 2025, I won several innovation awards wherein we submit innovation ideas to our clients to improve our processes and CRM.
