About Jenny

My career journey began as an English teacher and 6th grade adviser at a private school, where I also served as the journal adviser and coached students for division and regional competitions. After a year, I sought more challenging opportunities and transitioned into online ESL teaching, focusing on business and advanced English for Japanese and Korean professionals. I later broadened my experience by working in the BPO industry, where I served in various roles, including collections associate for a U.S. account, sales account executive for a UK client, and customer service representative for Australian and U.S. telcos. These experiences led to a position as a "super agent" in a BPO company, where I combined technical support with customer service, upselling, and retention tasks. I thrive in customer-facing roles, especially those that involve writing and communication. I pride myself on being independent, resourceful, and a strong team player. One of my core strengths is my ability to maintain a positive perspective, and I believe in competing with myself rather than others. I’m highly self-motivated, believing that internal drive is key to long-term success and productivity
