About Medeba

I am a detail-oriented remote professional specializing in real estate research, property due diligence, market research, administrative support, and workflow automation. My experience includes researching vacant land properties across the United States, evaluating ownership records, zoning, access, utilities, flood risks, and other property-related information. I have also supported UK renewable energy projects through land identification, site research, and location assessments. Beyond research, I have experience in data management, CRM systems, lead generation, reporting, and process improvement. I use tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, GIS mapping platforms, REI Reply, Google Apps Script, and AI-powered tools to improve accuracy, organization, and efficiency. I am highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. I enjoy solving problems, learning new systems, and helping businesses streamline their operations. I am seeking a long-term remote opportunity where I can contribute my research, analytical, administrative, and technical skills while continuing to grow professionally.
