About vanezza

Hi, I’m Ven! I’m a Customer Support Specialist and E-Commerce VA with experience helping customers, sellers, and businesses keep their day-to-day operations running smoothly. I’ve handled high-volume e-commerce support, managing 70–100+ tickets a day across chat and email while assisting with orders, refunds, returns, product listings, account concerns, and escalations. I also have experience training customer service teams and making sure support stays aligned with company policies and customer needs. I’m someone who’s responsive, adaptable, and very detail-oriented. I like solving problems properly, keeping things organized, and making sure customers feel genuinely heard—not just giving them a scripted response. If you’re looking for someone reliable to help with customer support, e-commerce operations, or administrative tasks, I’d love to connect and see how I can support your business.
