What you'll do CRM cleanup and maintenance — merge duplicate contacts, standardize name/address/phone formatting, fill in missing fields, archive dead records, and tag accounts correctly Data entry — enter new customers, jobs, and records accurately the first time Spreadsheet work — build, update, and maintain trackers in Google Sheets and Excel; basic formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables Document editing — update, format, and proofread documents, templates, and forms in Google Docs and MS Word Data cleanup projects — de-duplicating lists, cross-checking records between systems, importing and exporting CSVs Email and inbox support — sorting, filing, forwarding, and sending routine templated messages Light research — looking up missing customer or vendor details to complete records Recurring reports — pulling the same numbers into the same format on the same day each week
