International Cold Caller / Appointment Setter - Wedding Video Agency

About the Role

- Make outbound cold calls to wedding videographers/cinematographers and studios in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada using our provided contact lists and call scripts - Introduce The Wedding Cut's post-production services and gauge interest in outsourcing editing work - Qualify leads and book appointments/discovery calls for our team to close - Log call outcomes, notes, and lead status in our CRM/tracking sheet - Follow up with warm leads via call, email, or WhatsApp - Hit weekly call volume and qualified-appointment targets

Requirements

Fluent, clear spoken English with neutral/US-friendly accent
1+ year of cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience (wedding/creative/agency industry experience is a plus)
Comfortable working US/UK/Australia time zone shifts
Reliable internet connection and quiet home calling environment
Familiar with basic CRM/call tracking tools (or willing to learn - training provided)
Self-motivated, resilient with rejection, target-driven
