Part-Time Overseas Social Media Operator (Work From Home, Philippines Based) Job Responsibilities Take full charge of daily operation of all company accounts on three major overseas social platforms: TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and independently formulate the overall content plan for the accounts. Complete the whole production process of short videos, including script writing, shot planning, video shooting & editing, cover design and copywriting. Maintain the comment sections and direct messages of accounts on a daily basis, reply to fans’ messages in a timely manner, engage with audiences to drive traffic, and improve account activity and fan loyalty. Track platform traffic metrics, review data such as views, conversions and follower growth, and adjust content creation strategies accordingly. Communicate online with the domestic operation team, synchronize daily work progress and content plans, and cooperate to fulfill promotion requirements. Job Requirements Must be based in the Philippines for long-term stable part-time remote work from home. Fluent oral and written English to communicate with domestic colleagues online in real time without language barriers. In-depth understanding of the rules, traffic algorithms and trending topics of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube; practical experience in operating relevant social accounts is preferred. Proficient in video editing tools, capable of independently finishing short video editing, subtitling and special effects production. Strong online sensibility, good at discovering overseas hot topics, and able to create creative short videos for brand promotion and product sales. Meticulous and responsible at work, quick to respond, able to deliver content on schedule, and available online during agreed hours to coordinate with the domestic team. Compensation Monthly salary ranges from $300 to $500. The exact amount is adjusted based on account operation performance and content output volume, paid on a monthly basis. Work Mode Fully remote part-time position with no on-site attendance required. You may arrange your own creation schedule, but must stay reachable online to coordinate with the domestic team when needed.
