About the Role

Making outbound cold calls to small business owners across the UK, working through a targeted list of leads by trade and location each day. Following a provided script and adapting to conversation naturally. Noting call outcomes and any interested leads in a shared sheet. Occasionally handling inbound enquiries from interested prospects.

Requirements

Must have clear, neutral English with no heavy accent — calls are to UK small business owners.
Previous B2B cold calling experience is essential, ideally in sales or lead generation.
Comfortable working from a script while sounding natural and conversational.
Confident handling objections.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with basic call logging in a Google Sheet or CRM.
Available to work during UK business hours (9am–5pm GMT).
