Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to join a company redefining the future of work for businesses worldwide. In this remote role, you'll play a key part in managing financial records and ensuring accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Monitor contracts and agreements with vendors, consultants, and other parties.
- Perform account receivable functions, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue tracking.
- Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis.
- Manage data entry and oversee the bank reconciliation process.
- Gather data for the preparation of monthly reports to track company financials.
- Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company books and records.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a bookkeeper with international clients.
- Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude.
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
