About the Role

• Create and manage product listings in WooCommerce, eBay and Etsy • Turn supplied photos and basic product information into complete listings • Write clear, natural product titles and descriptions using provided templates and AI tools • Crop, resize and prepare product images as needed • Add categories, tags, attributes, measurements, weights and other product data • Research appropriate keywords and comparable listings when needed • Keep pricing and product information consistent across platforms • Maintain a simple inventory/listing tracker • Help organize large batches of inventory for efficient listing • Identify which marketplace may be best suited to different types of products • Save listings as drafts for review until authorized to publish independently

Requirements

Experience creating and managing e-commerce product listings
Experience with at least one of the following: WooCommerce, eBay, or Etsy — experience with multiple platforms is strongly preferred
Comfortable working with large batches of different types of inventory
Able to turn product photos and basic information into complete, accurate listings
Strong written English and ability to write natural, appealing product titles and descriptions
Basic understanding of e-commerce SEO, keywords, categories, tags, and product attributes
Able to crop, resize, and prepare product images for online listings
Comfortable using ChatGPT or other AI tools to help streamline listing creation
Excellent attention to detail, especially with measurements, weights, pricing, variations, and inventory numbers
Highly organized and able to maintain an accurate product/listing tracker
Able to follow templates and established listing procedures
Able to work independently after learning the workflow
Good communication and willing to ask questions rather than guess
Reliable computer and high-speed internet
Bonus Skills — Not Required
Experience with all three: WooCommerce, eBay & Etsy
Experience listing vintage clothing, collectibles, rocks/minerals, photography, art, or other one-of-a-kind products
eBay sold/comparable-item research
Etsy SEO and keyword research
WordPress experience
Canva or basic photo-editing skills
Experience managing inventory across multiple marketplaces
Experience with bulk listing/import tools
