About the Role
Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to manage social media presence for clients. In this role, you'll create engaging content, manage social media pages, and drive customer interaction.
What You'll Do
- Create social media posts (minimum 3x per week), including reels/videos for restaurant clients.
- Manage and run all social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
- Drive customer engagement, respond to comments/messages, and coordinate reservations.
- Set up new social media pages from scratch, including the Facebook page approval process.
- Create boosts/paid campaigns (client pays Facebook separately).
- Potentially assist with posting for other clients (not engagement-focused, just posting).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience creating content and engaging with communities.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Proactive attitude and willingness to be trained.
