Requirements

• Job title: Shopify & E-Commerce Operations Coordinator
• Employment: Part-time initially, with full-time potential
• Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week
• Location: Remote—Philippines, India or Pakistan
• Language: Excellent English required; Spanish is a plus
• Required qualifications
• At least one year of hands-on Shopify experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining product listings.
• Understanding of Shopify products, variants, collections and inventory.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with developers and designers.
• Experience using project-management tools.
• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Ability to test websites systematically and document problems.
• Reliable computer, internet connection and quiet workspace.
• Preferred qualifications
• Shopify Markets or international e-commerce experience.
• Experience with Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and product feeds.
• Experience with CRM, ERP or inventory integrations.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Experience coordinating external development agencies.
• Technology product or electronics e-commerce experience.
• Spanish-language ability.
• Advanced coding is not necessary. The successful candidate must understand enough about digital platforms to translate business requirements into clear tasks and verify that the work was completed correctly.
