Role Overview
As a Partner Executive Assistant, you'll provide crucial support to top-tier clients, becoming a strategic ally and proactive problem-solver. This remote, full-time role requires adaptability, discretion, and a commitment to excellence as you manage both professional and personal tasks for a single client.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex calendars and coordinating travel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and prepare detailed financial summaries.
- Organize and maintain files and manage data entry tasks.
- Manage projects, monitor communication between teams, and track deliverables.
- Draft and manage correspondence, create presentations, and manage email inboxes.
- Oversee social media accounts, manage reviews, and upload media content.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite level executives.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Exceptional English communication skills (C1-C2 Level).
- Tech-savvy with experience using desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work on US work hours/graveyard shift.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to be trained.
