Role Overview

As a Bookkeeper for Wing Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining financial records for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while ensuring accurate bookkeeping practices.

What You'll Do

• Maintain monthly bookkeeping records for various client accounts using QuickBooks Online.
• Ensure all bookkeeping records are up-to-date through the previous month.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare complete bookkeeping files ready for review.
• Manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines.
• Follow established bookkeeping procedures and company workflows.
• Communicate professionally regarding tasks, updates, and clarifications.

Requirements

• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience managing bookkeeping for multiple client accounts.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
