We're growing our creator outreach program and looking for Virtual Assistants focused specifically on creator outreach across Instagram and TikTok. What You'll Do Your role is straightforward: work through our existing database of qualified creators and send approved outreach emails to potential creator partners. You will not be responsible for researching or finding creators. Qualified creator leads and their contact information will already be provided. Responsibilities include: Work from our existing creator outreach database Send approved outreach emails to qualified creators Use our provided email templates and instructions Personalize required fields accurately before sending Verify creator information before each email is sent Update creator status in Google Sheets after outreach Record outreach activity accurately Identify and flag creator responses that require attention Follow our step-by-step outreach SOP Maintain accuracy while working efficiently through a high volume of creator leads This is primarily an execution and outreach position. You are not responsible for independently negotiating partnerships, changing partnership terms, or making strategic decisions on behalf of Presto. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Extremely detail-oriented Comfortable sending and managing email outreach Able to follow written instructions exactly Fast and accurate when working through repetitive tasks Comfortable working in Google Sheets Comfortable using Gmail Able to copy, personalize, and verify email templates accurately Reliable and consistent Organized when managing outreach statuses Able to work independently without constant supervision A strong written English communicator Previous experience with virtual assistance, cold email, creator outreach, influencer outreach, lead generation, Gmail, or Google Sheets is helpful but not required. We provide a detailed SOP explaining exactly how the outreach process works. How Performance Is Measured This is a performance-driven outreach role. Performance will be evaluated based on: Number of qualified outreach emails completed Accuracy of emails sent Correct use of approved templates Accurate personalization Proper tracking and status updates Following outreach instructions Avoiding duplicate or incorrect outreach Consistency and reliability Work completed should reasonably correspond with time reported. Quality matters. Sending more emails does not compensate for incorrect personalization, emailing the wrong creator, failing to update records, or not following the provided process. Strong performers may receive additional hours and longer-term opportunities as Presto's creator outreach operation grows.
