I've always enjoyed working with people and finding ways to make things run more smoothly. Over the past few years, I've worked in customer support, quality management, lead generation, appointment setting, and social media management. Those roles taught me how to communicate with different types of clients, solve problems under pressure, and stay organized even when handling multiple tasks at once. Most of my experience has been supporting businesses that serve the U.S. market. I've handled customer concerns, provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, reviewed team performance, monitored quality, and looked for ways to improve day-to-day operations. I've also worked with sales teams by generating qualified leads, booking appointments, and keeping CRM records accurate and up to date. When working remotely, I believe communication and reliability matter just as much as technical skills. I make it a point to stay responsive, meet deadlines, and keep clients updated so they always know what's happening. I'm comfortable working independently, but I also enjoy collaborating with a team whenever needed. My goal is simple: to make my client's work easier by being someone they can count on every day.

• I'm comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, chat platforms, and other productivity tools, and I learn new software quickly.
• Throughout my career, I've focused on delivering reliable results by improving service quality, resolving customer issues, supporting team performance, and consistently meeting lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
