Senior full-stack engineer with 8 years of experience building production web applications across supply chain, e-commerce, telecom and AI platforms. I work end to end: React, Next.js and Vue on the frontend, Python, Node.js, PHP and .NET on the backend, with PostgreSQL, Docker and AWS underneath. Recent work includes decomposing a complex monolith into independently deployable Python microservices behind versioned FastAPI endpoints, and building a semantic search backend with LangChain and Pinecone where most of the engineering went into tuning retrieval for cost, latency and accuracy rather than the model call itself. Earlier in my career I built an early-stage marketplace from the MVP up and ran it for over a year. What I enjoy most is work where an engineering decision shows up in someone's day, like a dashboard that loads in two seconds instead of eight, or a system a team stops being afraid to change. I'm based in the Philippines, work remotely across time zones, and have mentored developers since 2020.
