Hi, I’m Kristina! I’ve been working remotely for 8+ years, and my background is a bit of a mix, customer service, operations, executive assistance, dispatch, team leadership, and business development. I’m the type of person who actually likes having different things to work on. Give me a messy task, something that needs researching, or a bunch of things that need to be followed up on, and I’m usually happy to figure it out and get things moving. I’m pretty independent with my work, but I also know when something needs to be clarified or brought back to the client. I like staying organized, keeping track of details, and most importantly, actually finishing things instead of letting them disappear into the void. I’m currently looking for a long-term opportunity where I can keep learning, take on more responsibility, and be someone the team can trust to just take something and run with it.

• I have 8+ years of experience working remotely with US-based clients across customer service, operations, dispatch, executive assistance, team leadership, and business development.
• My experience includes scheduling, email and calendar management, customer communication, research, CRM management, lead generation, follow-ups, data entry, document management, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• I also worked as an Executive Assistant for almost two years, supporting a husband-and-wife business with business and personal scheduling, emails, research, client onboarding, documents, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
• In my operations and team leadership roles, I handled escalations, quality assurance, team coordination, process and workflow issues, coaching, and performance tracking.
• More recently, my business development work has involved researching companies and contacts, outreach, follow-ups, CRM tracking, certification and registration research, and helping keep different projects moving.
• I’m comfortable learning new software and processes and working without needing every step explained to me.
• I’m familiar with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Excel, Canva, CapCut, ServiceTitan, GoHighLevel, Asana, Airtable, LinkedIn, and various CRM and scheduling platforms.
• I’m looking for a role where I can use the experience I already have while continuing to learn and grow into more responsibility.
