I’m an organized, reliable, and proactive Executive Assistant with hands-on experience in administrative and executive support. I currently support a School President, handling scheduling, correspondence, document and report preparation, meeting coordination, follow-ups, records organization, and confidential and time-sensitive tasks. My previous experience as a Supervisor also strengthened my leadership, communication, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills. I’m comfortable working with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Zoom, Google Meet, Airbnb, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. I enjoy learning new tools and systems and finding ways to make work more organized and efficient. I take ownership of my responsibilities, pay close attention to details, and make sure tasks are followed through without constant reminders. I’m looking for a long-term opportunity where I can support a client or team, make their workload easier, and continue growing professionally. I may be new to formal online VA work, but I bring real-world administrative, executive support, and leadership experience, along with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
