I held a position as a Data Migration/Phone Support Specialist helping roofing companies perform large data migrations between CRM platforms such as Zoho, Acculynx, Proline, Zendesk and more. I have also worked with an e-commerce company, a hotel booking account, and a online gaming company as Customer Service Representative. I’ve interacted with customers over the phone, through live chat, and by email in all three markets, and always made sure each customer’s need was fulfilled. I have been working remotely for 1 year during my Data Migration experience and I know how to keep lines of communication open and get results in a virtual atmosphere.
