I have 3 years of experience in customer service where I handled customer concerns, provided accurate information, and consistently met performance metrics. I’ve also been trusted with more complex tasks, which helped me develop strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. I’m now looking to transition into an operations-focused role where I can apply my experience in a more process-driven environment and continue to grow professionally.
