About Rochel

I’m an AI Automation & Business Operations Specialist with 14 years of experience helping businesses improve efficiency through workflow automation, business systems, and technology-driven solutions. I combine hands-on operational experience with technical problem-solving to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and build practical solutions that support business growth. My experience includes developing internal business applications, automating lead management and follow-ups, building operational dashboards, integrating business tools, and managing websites across multiple brands. I work with Claude, Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, APIs, and modern web technologies to turn repetitive manual tasks into structured, reliable workflows. I also bring experience in customer support, quality assurance, e-commerce operations, technical troubleshooting, and process documentation. Having worked with Australian businesses and international remote teams, I understand the importance of clear communication, accountability, and delivering solutions that meet real business needs. I’m looking for opportunities where I can contribute as an AI Automation Specialist, Business Systems Specialist, or Operations Specialist, helping clients reduce manual work, improve visibility, and build scalable processes. I bring a proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work independently, adapt to different business environments, and take ownership of projects from problem identification through implementation and documentation.
