• Able to follow a conversation process instead of sending the same script to everyone.
• Friendly and professional communication.
• Able to follow written instructions.
• Reliable and consistent.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets.
• Comfortable learning a CRM.
• Able to keep clear notes and follow-up dates.
• Stable internet connection.
• Own computer or laptop.
• Able to work independently.
• LinkedIn prospecting or appointment-setting experience is preferred.
• Experience in education or coaching is a plus.
