Role Overview
Wing Assistant is seeking a Real Estate Cold Caller to join their remote team. This role is essential for engaging potential property buyers and supporting real estate agents in their outreach efforts.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects from various lead sources.
- Initiate engagement with leads interested in purchasing properties and assess their needs.
- Set up appointments for real estate agents and brokers.
- Receive inbound calls and address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections.
- Keep accurate records of leads, contacts, and calls using a CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on engagement efforts and key metrics.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Cold Caller or in a sales-related role.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Solid organizational and excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Proactive attitude and ability to work on a graveyard shift.
