About Presto https://prestodate.com/ Presto is a startup building instant live blind video dating. No swiping, no profiles, just real conversations. We're growing our creator outreach program and looking for Virtual Assistants focused specifically on creator research and lead generation across Instagram and TikTok. What You'll Do Your role is straightforward: find qualified creators who could be potential partners for Presto and add them to our outreach database. Responsibilities include: Research Instagram and TikTok creators using Modash Use provided AI search prompts and specific research filters Identify creators who meet our required criteria Locate publicly available creator or business email addresses Enter qualified creators into a shared Google Sheets database Check the database before entering creators to prevent duplicates Work within your assigned section of the database Accurately record creator information Mark qualified leads as Ready to Send Follow our step-by-step research SOP This is a research position. You will not be responsible for cold emailing creators, selling, negotiating partnerships, or communicating with creators. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Detail-oriented Fast and accurate with online research Able to follow written instructions exactly Comfortable researching Instagram and TikTok Comfortable working in Google Sheets Able to perform repetitive research efficiently Reliable and consistent Comfortable using AI-powered research tools Able to work independently without constant supervision Previous experience with virtual assistance, lead generation, influencer research, social media research, Modash, or Google Sheets is helpful but not required. We provide a detailed SOP explaining exactly how the research process works. How Performance Is Measured This is a performance-driven research role. Performance will be evaluated based on: Number of qualified creator leads produced Accuracy of creator and contact information Research productivity Following required qualification criteria Avoiding duplicate or unusable leads Consistency and reliability Work completed should reasonably correspond with time reported. Strong performers may receive additional hours and longer-term opportunities as Presto's creator outreach operation grows.
