About the Role
Requirements
- We are looking for a full-time remote Sales Development Representative with a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of SDR, sales, appointment-setting, customer service, customer support, recruiting, account development, or other client-facing experience.
- The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, is comfortable making phone calls and sending professional emails, and is organized, consistent, and detail-oriented with follow-up. You should be comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM systems, email, LinkedIn, and online research tools. You should also be coachable, professional when speaking with educators and school administrators, and willing to learn FL4K’s product, the U.S. education market, school district sales, curriculum adoption, procurement, and education buying cycles.
- Experience with B2B sales, appointment setting, EdTech, SaaS, education, tutoring, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn outreach, or foreign languages is preferred but not required. Spanish or another foreign language is a plus.

Foreign Languages for Kids by Kids, also known as FL4K, is an education technology company that helps schools, districts, teachers, students, families, and homeschool programs make Spanish language learning more engaging, accessible, and effective for elementary and middle school learners. We are hiring Filipino talent because we are looking for a long-term remote team member who can help us grow in a careful, organized, and professional way. This role will support school district research, lead generation, contact finding, CRM updates, email/phone outreach, and appointment setting.
