I'm onboarding US salons onto Herai — a phone assistant that books appointments for them. Your job is to call salon owners and get them to start a free 30-day test. No price to sell, no card to close — the offer is free, so it's one of the easiest yeses you'll ever set. I provide the leads, the script, and the demo. You bring a clear voice and consistency. Day to day: Call US salon owners from a list I provide (all pre-qualified — they already use Square). Follow a proven script, spark interest, handle simple objections. Get them to create a free account and connect — that's your win. Log every call in a shared Google Sheet and book follow-ups. Compensation & growth: Trial: $20 for every salon that signs up and starts the free test. Conversion bonus: +$100 when a salon you brought in becomes a paying customer. Once proven: monthly base of $800–$1,200 plus bonuses on top. Top performers earn well above base. This is a long-term role — perform, and your base goes up as we grow together.
