Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Wing Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by engaging with potential clients and driving the sales process forward. What You'll Do
- Partner with the Account Executive to facilitate the sales cycle by confirming meetings, following up on action items, and providing context for smoother handoffs.
- Conduct mid-funnel follow-ups after demos to check in with prospects, answer questions, and maintain momentum.
- Rebook missed demos by reaching out to prospects who did not attend and rescheduling.
- Follow up with inbound leads from the website or marketing campaigns to initiate meaningful conversations.
- Reconnect with past leads from the CRM to spark new discussions with previously interested prospects.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM, documenting every call, email, and note to keep the team informed on the pipeline.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation.
- Prior experience with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills; able to take initiative without waiting for instructions.
- High-energy and ambitious mindset, driven to succeed in a results-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport and handling objections effectively.
- Quick learner who adapts easily to new challenges in a fast-paced setting.
