About the Role
Role Overview
You will support a business owner in managing a construction firm and a furniture retail store as a Technical Virtual Assistant. This role emphasizes operations, systems management, and design tasks, particularly focusing on Shopify and product visualization.
What You'll Do
- Manage and organize multiple email inboxes.
- Set up email rules, filters, and automations.
- Respond to emails on behalf of the client, including communication with suppliers.
- Research and implement Shopify apps and integrations.
- Assist in managing product-related tasks within Shopify.
- Create and edit visual content using Canva.
- Support social media and content marketing initiatives.
- Assist with data tracking and KPI reporting using Excel.
- Create furniture layouts, mood boards, and visual concepts for marketing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong technical and systems mindset.
- Proven experience with Shopify and design tools like Canva.
- Ability to create visual product layouts, especially for furniture.
- Strong email management and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
