Technical Virtual Assistant (Operations, Shopify & Design Support)

Role Overview

You will support a business owner in managing a construction firm and a furniture retail store as a Technical Virtual Assistant. This role emphasizes operations, systems management, and design tasks, particularly focusing on Shopify and product visualization.

What You'll Do

• Manage and organize multiple email inboxes.
• Set up email rules, filters, and automations.
• Respond to emails on behalf of the client, including communication with suppliers.
• Research and implement Shopify apps and integrations.
• Assist in managing product-related tasks within Shopify.
• Create and edit visual content using Canva.
• Support social media and content marketing initiatives.
• Assist with data tracking and KPI reporting using Excel.
• Create furniture layouts, mood boards, and visual concepts for marketing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong technical and systems mindset.
• Proven experience with Shopify and design tools like Canva.
• Ability to create visual product layouts, especially for furniture.
• Strong email management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
