Instagram DM Setter / Appointment Setter

You will manage Instagram DM conversations for Reversing PKD, a health education and coaching brand focused on Polycystic Kidney Disease. Day to day, you will reply to new Instagram DMs, story replies, comments, and warm leads. You will also start conversations with new followers using our scripts, ask simple qualifying questions, follow up with people who have not replied or booked yet, and guide qualified prospects toward booking a call with Felix. You will not be expected to give medical advice or answer complex health questions. If a question is too technical or personal, you will collect context and pass it to Felix. You will track conversations in Google Sheets or a CRM and send a short daily report with DMs sent, replies received, qualified leads, calls booked, and any important notes. This is a part-time role, around 2–3 hours per day, mostly during US-friendly hours.
