We're a US smart-building hardware company. We sell access control technology to apartment and commercial property managers across the United States. Our product is carried by major national hardware retailers. You would be our only SDR, reporting directly to the founder. One manager. No middle layer. Company name shared at the interview stage. WHY THIS SEAT IS DIFFERENT - You get paid $250 USD every Friday via PayPal. No invoice, no chasing, no bundled payments. This is written into your agreement. - Your tools are tested and verified working before your first dial. You will never sit idle waiting on a broken dialer. If a system breaks, that is my problem, not your quota. - The founder answers your questions the same day during US Mountain Time hours. THE WORK - 60 to 80 dials per day to US property management decision makers - Lead list is verified and phone-checked before it reaches you - Book demos, log every call in GoHighLevel, submit the end-of-day form (dials, connects, demos, top objection) - Scripts and objection playbook are provided. You follow them first, then help improve them. HOURS - 8am to 5pm US Mountain Time, Monday to Friday. This is a graveyard shift in the Philippines. PAY - $250 USD per week, paid every Friday from day one - $50 USD bonus per demo that is actually held (attended, not just booked) - Permanent seat. 30-day paid trial period with written terms in your offer.
