Role Overview
We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneur with a growing skincare brand, who also works in entertainment and modeling. In this role, you'll handle administrative tasks and marketing support, helping the founder focus on business growth and creative projects. If you enjoy variety and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the founder.
- Handle routine inbound communications and draft professional replies.
- Make outbound calls when required.
- Manage calendar and appointments, and coordinate bookings and meetings.
- Assist with travel planning, including flights, accommodation, and logistics.
- Research and identify PR influencers for product promotion and assist with outreach coordination.
- Support the execution of ad campaigns (primarily Google & Pinterest ads), upload ads, and track basic performance metrics.
- Conduct online research and assist with ad hoc tasks across the business.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Previous VA / Personal Assistant experience.
- Comfortable handling emails independently.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads, influencers).
- Highly organized and proactive.
- Able to work PST hours.
