Sales Development Representative (Junior)

Role Overview

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to support sales activities through outreach, relationship building, and communication. In this role, you'll help build the sales pipeline by performing key sales development tasks.

What You'll Do

• Conduct outreach and follow-ups with potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other channels.
• Assist with scheduling and booking demos and meetings, including appointment setting.
• Manage the CRM, ensuring the organization and accuracy of contact data and tagging leads appropriately.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English, with high-quality reading, writing, and speaking capabilities.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using online tools and platforms.
• Must have attended college and possess at least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in a remote work environment is considered a plus.
