About the Role
Requirements
- One to four years of executive-assistant, administrative-assistant, virtual-assistant, healthcare, insurance, legal-support, or customer-service experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Clear, confident, patient, and professional telephone voice
- Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate compassionately with elderly and disabled veterans
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures
- Excellent telephone, email, scheduling, and client-service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, PDF documents, and online forms
- Experience using RingCentral or another business telephone system is preferred
- Reliable computer, backup plan for power interruptions, high-speed internet, and a quiet private workspace
- Ability to protect confidential personal, medical, military, and financial information
- Must not discuss client information with unauthorized individuals
- Must be dependable, honest, accountable, and available throughout the scheduled shift
- Must provide regular progress updates and respond promptly during working hours
- Previous experience with U.S. veterans, VA benefits, medical records, or claims administration is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to learn VA terminology, forms, and company procedures
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time, with a one-hour unpaid meal break.
- Applicants must have a professional workspace without excessive background noise. Training, procedures, and working templates will be provided.

We provide administrative support, claim preparation assistance, document organization, and personalized guidance to help veterans pursue the benefits they have earned through their service. We are hiring a highly organized Executive Assistant in the Philippines to provide remote administrative support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience managing emails, calendars, documents, spreadsheets, and customer communications. This role is essential in helping us deliver timely, compassionate, and professional service to the veterans we assist throughout the United States.
