Recriuter/candidate sourcer

Talent Harbour is looking for experienced and motivated Recruiters / Recruitment Sourcers to join our remote team. You will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for client vacancies, screening applicants, maintaining candidate pipelines, and helping move suitable candidates through the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Source qualified candidates for available positions. Review CVs and applications and identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial candidate screening. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain an organized candidate database and pipeline. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups. Work closely with the client and Talent Harbour team. Ensure candidates meet the requirements of the positions they are being considered for. Consistently contribute to successful candidate placements.
