Talent Harbour is looking for experienced and motivated Appointment Setters to join our remote sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging potential clients, qualifying prospects, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities Contact potential business clients through outbound calls and other approved channels. Introduce Talent Harbour's recruitment services professionally. Qualify prospects based on established criteria. Schedule appointments with qualified prospects. Follow up with interested prospects. Maintain accurate records of outreach and appointments. Work closely with Cold Callers and Sales Closers. Consistently work toward agreed appointment and lead-generation targets.
