Requirements

• Must Have
• ⚠ Canva is non-negotiable — applications without demonstrated Canva experience and portfolio examples will not be considered.
• Canva — highly proficient, must be able to produce professional, polished and well-designed assets
• Splose/Pracsuite/Cliniko or similar practice management system — allied health or health admin experience preferred
• Client communication — warm, professional and responsive
• Appointment scheduling — organised and detail-oriented
• Strong written English — professional client-facing communication
• Reliable — delivers consistently every week
• Self-managed — works independently to a high standard
• Bonus Points
• Experience working in an allied health, psychology, physiotherapy or health practice
• Experience with other practice management systems — Nookal, Power Diary or similar
• Social media or marketing support experience
