Role Overview
We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to support a VP of Operations & Finance at a fast-growing company. In this role, you'll provide executive assistance, operations support, and light finance/admin coordination, helping streamline day-to-day workflows and bring structure to a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate can take ownership and bring order to chaos.
What You'll Do
- Digitize and organize large volumes of documents.
- Maintain structured filing systems.
- Organize inbox using folders, labels, and automations.
- Track and manage corporate credit card expenses.
- Prepare expense reports for accounting.
- Manage both personal and professional calendars, preventing double bookings.
- Help prioritize tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a VA / EA / Operations Assistant.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and independent.
- Comfortable supporting senior-level executives.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to handle both structured and unstructured environments.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
