QBO Bookkeeper

About the role We need someone to keep our books current and accurate in QuickBooks Online. This is an entry-level position — we don't expect years of experience — but you do need to already know QBO. We're not teaching the software from scratch. What you'll do Categorize and code daily transactions in QuickBooks Online Reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant accounts monthly Enter and track bills, invoices, and payments (A/P and A/R) Match receipts and documentation to transactions Clean up uncategorized and duplicate entries Flag anything that looks wrong instead of guessing Assist with month-end close and pull basic reports (P&L, balance sheet, A/R aging) Keep the chart of accounts clean and consistently applied
