Role Overview
Join a dynamic specialty meat shop as a Marketing & E-commerce Virtual Assistant. This role focuses on strategic marketing and e-commerce initiatives, helping to convert content and audience engagement into tangible results.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok to drive lead generation and audience growth.
- Streamline the customer journey from social media to the Shopify store, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Support the development of email and SMS marketing by setting up systems to capture and organize customer data.
- Grow the brand's audience across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Provide light support on the content calendar, scheduling, and posting as needed.
- Assist in building sales funnels for both product sales and educational content.
- Identify and explore growth opportunities on emerging channels, such as YouTube.
- As the role evolves, take on traditional VA tasks like inbox and calendar management.
Requirements
- Proven experience running Meta and/or TikTok ad campaigns focused on lead generation and growth.
- E-commerce experience, ideally with Shopify.
- Strong understanding of funnel-building and link-in-bio tools, such as Linktree.
- Comfortable using Canva and CapCut for light editing and posting support.
- Familiarity with Trello, Outlook, and Google Drive.
- A self-starter who thrives in flexible, asynchronous communication and non-traditional working hours.
- Bonus: Experience setting up email and SMS marketing tools, such as Klaviyo.
- Nice-to-have: iPhone user for seamless iMessage and media sharing.
