Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — US Salons

About the Role

Requirements

• Clear, near-neutral English speaking voice (US callers must understand you easily).
• Real outbound experience: cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (BPO / US accounts a big plus).
• Comfortable following a script and handling objections without sounding robotic.
• Available during US business hours (EST or PST) — this means a night shift in PH.
• Reliable internet, a quiet space, and a good headset.
• Organized: you log every call accurately and show up consistently.
• Bonus: experience selling to small local businesses (salons, spas, clinics).
• How pay works (please read):
• The salary field on this listing is fixed, so here's the real structure:
• Trial period: You start results-based — $20 for every US salon that confirms the free pilot and gets set up.
• Conversion bonus: If a salon you brought in subscribes to a paid plan after the pilot, you earn an extra $100 bonus on top. Bring in salons that actually stick, and you earn much more.
• Once you're proven: You move to a monthly base of $800–$1,200 (depending on experience and results), plus the per-pilot bonus and the conversion bonus on top.
• Growth: The better you perform, the higher your base goes and the role becomes long-term. I'm looking to grow with one reliable person, not churn through callers.
• Payment is sent directly via Wise or Payoneer, on a schedule we agree on (weekly during the trial, then monthly).
