As MoonLaunch's Growth Marketing Specialist, your mission is to help us find creative and data-driven ways to grow our user base. You'll research trends, study successful marketing campaigns, analyze competitors, and discover why certain creators, videos, memes, and communities become successful. Each day you'll monitor social media platforms, cryptocurrency news, meme culture, AI tools, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities before they become mainstream. You'll research platforms like Pump.fun and other competitors to understand what they're doing well and where MoonLaunch can stand out. You'll generate marketing ideas, identify partnership opportunities, analyze social media performance, and recommend strategies that increase app downloads, creator signups, and community engagement. This role isn't just about posting on social media—it's about understanding why people join communities, what motivates creators to launch their own meme coins, and how MoonLaunch can become the preferred platform for creators looking to grow their brands. You'll work directly with the founder, test new ideas, and help shape the future marketing strategy of an early-stage startup.
