About the Role

Aperture Remote is hiring a Shopify customer service VA to own our Gorgias support queue. You will handle 50–70 tickets per day, process refunds via Loop Returns, and collaborate with the ops lead on recurring customer friction points. US daytime overlap preferred (9pm–6am Manila) but we are flexible for the right candidate.

Requirements

2+ years Shopify admin experience
Gorgias or Zendesk fluency
Strong written English
Ability to work US business hours
