Role Overview
We're seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our client base. In this remote role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying leads within the construction industry, using your communication and research skills to drive business development.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential leads within the construction industry.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect data.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report key metrics related to lead conversion rates.
- Engage in follow-up activities to nurture relationships with prospects.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in lead generation software and online marketing channels.
- Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
