Wing Assistant is seeking a skilled Cold Caller to connect with potential customers in the US market. This remote role is perfect for someone who is persuasive and resilient, with a knack for initiating conversations that lead to sales opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce company products and services.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant business information.
- Overcome objections and convert cold leads into warm prospects.
- Accurately update call results and notes in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Cold Caller or Telemarketer.
- Strong spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Experience handling US or AUS-based accounts.
- Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Availability to work on a graveyard shift.
- Familiarity with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude.
