Short Form Video Editor (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)

We're looking for a creative Short Form Video Editor who knows how to create high-retention, viral-style content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You'll be working closely with our team at IMBAFX Algo Trading, a forex algorithmic trading company, to build our founders' personal brands through engaging short-form videos. This is not just a basic editing role. We're looking for someone who understands storytelling, audience retention, hooks, pacing, and social media trends. What You'll Be Editing: - Forex trading content - AI & Algorithmic Trading - Trading psychology - Educational videos - Lifestyle & behind-the-scenes content - Client success stories - Podcast/interview clips - Talking head videos What We're Looking For: Proven experience editing TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts Strong understanding of viral editing styles and audience retention Ability to create compelling hooks within the first 3 seconds Excellent use of captions, motion graphics, emojis, sound effects, and B-roll Ability to source relevant stock footage and visual assets Comfortable following brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas Able to work independently and meet deadlines Bonus Points If You: - Have edited content in the finance, investing, crypto, or forex niche - Understand basic forex trading concepts - Can create thumbnails and social media graphics - Stay updated with TikTok trends and viral editing techniques To Apply: Please send us: Your portfolio (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) 3–5 of your best edits The software you use Your expected monthly or per-video rate A short introduction about yourself
