About the Role
Role Overview
Wing Assistant is looking for a highly organized Appointment Setter to enhance our international sales operations. In this remote role, you'll engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our Account Executives.
What You'll Do
- Call and email potential clients in the US and Australia to schedule appointments.
- Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Maintain an updated calendar of scheduled calls or demos.
- Document all communications accurately in the CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
- Screen and vet leads for fit competencies and technical skills.
- Develop and maintain a prospecting database or CRM, ensuring details are accurate.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an appointment setter with international clients.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Impressive interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on a graveyard shift.
- Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Tech-savvy.
