This role would work alongside me to help keep the day-to-day side of the business organized and moving. Tasks may include helping me follow up with leads and customers, mocking home up homes on chat gpt, researching potential commercial and HOA clients, updating our CRM (jobber), organizing customer information, preparing emails and proposals, helping with scheduling, social media/marketing tasks ln Facebook, google business profile and CapCut, and keeping track of leads that need attention. This is more of a support role than someone completely running these areas on their own. I’ll still be involved, but I’m looking for someone who can help take things off my plate, stay organized, and make sure important tasks don’t get missed.
