- – Previous experience in real estate, compliance, or transaction coordination (2 years min).
- – Familiarity with Oregon or Washington real estate contracts and required documents.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end TC processes, including communication with lenders, attorneys/title companies, and clients - REQUIRED
- Comfortable with milestone tracking, compliance deadlines, and closing prep
- Proficient in tools like Dotloop, Skyslope, KWCommand; familiarity with Aframe is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-managed
