- Required Experience
- 3+ years of project management, account coordination, operations, or similar experience.
- 2+ years of experience using Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or a similar project management tool.
- Strong experience using Slack, Google Meet, Google Drive, and calendar tools.
- Experience supporting multiple accounts, clients, or projects at the same time.
- Proven experience with task management, follow-up, organization, and delegation.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with US-based companies or agencies.
- Ability to work during Central Time business hours.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized without constant oversight.
- You must have working knowledge of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Meta Business Manager / Business Suite
- Facebook and Instagram ad campaign structure
- Google Ads campaign structure
- Basic campaign setup and QA
- Ad account organization
- Campaign naming conventions
- Creative, copy, audience, and landing page coordination
- Basic paid media reporting and performance review
- Preferred Experience
- Experience working with an advertising agency.
- Experience supporting B2B, DTC, SaaS, local service, or lead generation accounts.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel.
- Familiarity with Zapier or marketing automations.
- Experience preparing client updates or reports.
- Experience documenting SOPs or improving workflows.
- Experience working as an executive assistant, operations assistant, or account coordinator.
- Meta, Google Ads, GHL, ClickFunnels, or CRO certifications are a plus.
- Required Availability
- This role requires consistent availability during US Central Time hours. You must be able to work within the 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT window and commit to regular check-ins throughout the day. This role will start at approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the potential to grow based on performance, account load, and team needs.
